Bad news for bad PR people: New program tracks who edits Wikipedia entries

Yeah, this whole transparency thing is really getting out of hand. A CalTech grad student Virgil Griffith (Yay! Virgil!) has come up with the Wikipedia Scanner which “tracks all those changes, telling you what changed and who changed it. The site OUTS WEASELS at corporations who whitewash criticism, government spooks forging revisionist history, and rabid egomaniacs tweaking their own bios.

Fortunately no one knows it was me who added the whole Nobel Prize winner thing to my entry.
